It all begins with an idea…

The journey of creating a Forest School begins! We have the perfect location, but it needs a bit of a spruce up. Two days of clearing brambles with a two wheel tractor, and marking out the path was physically hard work, but we did it!

Completing the next stage, the temporary pallet fence, will help picture where everything will go. We’ve been very lucky that the volunteers of the Woodland Crew at the Leslie Sell Activity Centre have been so helpful, and shifted lots of pallets over for us! Also, a bit of a shout out to my lovely dog Wilson, he’s a helpful pooch!
